Preparing goods for collection
Items should be safely packed and ready for transport unless packing or preparation has been specifically agreed as part of the service.
Access and loading
You must tell us about floor levels, lifts, loading restrictions, long carries, restricted entrances and any other access conditions that could affect the collection or delivery.
Item information
Provide accurate dimensions and approximate weights for large or heavy items and identify anything fragile, high-value, specialist or unusually difficult to handle.
Handover
Someone authorised should be available at collection and delivery unless another handover arrangement has been agreed in advance.
