About these terms
C3Moves is a trading name of C3 Integrated Services Ltd. These terms apply when you request a quote or book a moving, delivery or logistics service through C3Moves.
Quotes and booking information
Quotes are based on the information you provide about the route, items, access, timing and help required. If that information changes materially, the price, vehicle requirement or availability may also change.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when C3Moves has accepted the job, confirmed availability and any required payment or payment arrangement has been completed.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, make sure items are ready at the agreed time and tell us about stairs, restricted access, parking limitations, unusually heavy items, fragile goods and anything requiring special handling.
Changes to a booking
Tell us as early as possible if your route, inventory, access or timing changes. We will explain any effect on the price or booking before carrying out additional work.
