Items we do not carry through the standard service
Do not book illegal goods, explosives, firearms or weapons, flammable substances, dangerous chemicals, controlled substances or other goods that cannot lawfully or safely be transported.
Items requiring prior approval
High-value, unusually fragile, oversized, specialist or exceptionally heavy items must be declared before booking and may require a separate assessment.
Accurate declaration
If you are unsure whether an item can be carried, contact C3Moves before booking. We may refuse an item that has not been accurately described or cannot be transported safely or lawfully.
